With the profession of the Rule of St. Clare of Assisi, and therefore rooted in the Clarian Order, the characteristic of our Community is Marianity, which is expressed in a religious life of prayer, poverty and penance in the hands of the Immaculate Mother and Queen

The religious vocation remains a mystery. It is the choice to risk one’s life for God, it is the answer to Love, a personal encounter with the Lord.

Our family of Poor Clares of the Immaculate, as a new branch of the Order of St. Clare of Assisi, dedicated to a fully contemplative life, professes the observance of the Gospel according to the Rule of St. Clare of Assisi confirmed by Innocent IV and its own Constitutions, which also include a Vow of Consecration to the Immaculate.

We are not part of any Religious Institute or Family, but only of the Order of St. Clare of Assisi. We feel spiritually united with all the Monasteries of Poor Clares and fraternally in communion with the Secular Franciscan Order, especially with the Fraternity of Assisi, united to our Monastery through spiritual association.
